Vegan Green Smoothie



Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled, thickly sliced, frozen
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 small avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
2 cups spinach leaves, chard, or kale
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice


Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
