Lemonade (Classic)

1½ c fresh lemon juice (about 8 large lemons);
½ c sugar (or less; the less sugar you consume, the better);
5 c cold water;

Mix the ingredients, taste, and add more juice, sugar, or water as needed. 
Chill, then serve over ice, garnished with lemon wedges or slices.
For a bubbly lemonade, use seltzer or club soda in place of the water.
