Baked potatoes with spices

Ingredients:
Potatoes (whatever quantity);

Crushed garlic;
Spices (oregano, fresh basil, garlic cloves, etc.);
Olive oil;
Water;
Salt;


Preparation:
Cut the potatoes into pieces (slightly bigger than for French fries). Place them in a large pot and add some water (not oil). Sprinkle salt and spices. Place them in the oven and keep them until almost done. Mix the oil with garlic until forming a paste, then pour it over the potatoes. Keep them at low fire for 5-7 more minutes, then serve.

If your oven is a little more sophisticated you can use for this last phase (of 5-7 minutes) the option "BROIL". The potatoes will catch a brown-light color on the outside.
